President Suleiman in Canada & Vatican

Beirut, October 16 (QNA) - Lebanese President Michel Suleiman left for the Quebec City of Canada to take part in the 12th Francophone Summit due to be held on Friday, October 17. President Suleiman will address the summit opening session and meet a number of participant leaders. Then he will move to Montreal where he will meet with the Lebanese community on Sunday. At the end of this month, the Lebanese President is scheduled to visit the Vatican and Italy to meet with Pope Benedict XVI of the Vatican and other Italian senior officials. (QNA) AMA/LY
